We do not forget that you are at home. In order to enjoy your accommodation, you just have to inform us as soon as possible, we will block the desired dates for you. If the accommodation is already booked by travelers, it will no longer be available

You collect all rent from tenants, as well as cleaning fees and platform commissions. On invoice, you pay us the concierge commission as well as the cleaning fees.

The concierge service is paid through a percentage of commission on the turnover generated by the rental of the accommodation: 25% commission (applied to the nightly rate excluding platform fees, cleaning and laundry).
